10. General Terms of Sale (Hardware & Support)
The following terms apply specifically to the purchase of Autenva hardware and services. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Sale and a signed Purchase Agreement, the signed Agreement shall prevail.
10.1 Formation of Contract: A binding contract for sale is only formed when Autenva issues a formal "Order Confirmation" or "Pro-forma Invoice" following a B2B inquiry. Automatic website acknowledgments do not constitute acceptance of an order.
10.2 Delivery & Risk (Incoterms): Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all international shipments to the EU are conducted under Incoterms 2020: DAP (Delivered at Place). Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address.
10.3 Hardware Warranty: Autenva provides a Limited Hardware Warranty of two (2) years from the date of delivery for all EV charging stations, covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal commercial operating conditions. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, vandalism, or unauthorised modifications.
10.4 Technical Support: For commercial clients, Autenva commits to a professional response for technical inquiries within 24 business hours. Support is provided remotely; on-site maintenance is subject to separate service level agreements (SLA).
10.5 Limitation of Commercial Liability: Autenva’s total liability for any claim arising out of a product sale shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific unit(s) involved. Autenva is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business revenue, loss of data, or "down-time" costs incurred by the site operator.
10.6 Regulatory Compliance: Our chargers are designed to meet CE and UKCA standards. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that local electrical codes and installation permits are met by a certified electrician.
